We understand that every situation is different and that sometimes life throws you a curve ball. At Gilrose we try hard to cater to the needs of each individual. If you feel as though you might miss a payment, or need to change when or how you make payments, then please contact us as soon as you can to avoid any penalty fees.

Gilrose Finance offer 3 ways to pay:

• By automatic payment by filling in this form and delivering it to your bank

• By setting up a bill payment

• By setting up a Direct Debit

Please note that Top-Up Loans can only be paid by Direct Debit.

To change a payment start date please email a request to: admin@gilrose.co.nz

Unfortunately for legal reasons we cannot accept cash payments.

 

To apply for Direct Debit online just complete and submit this form. Please ensure you complete all mandatory fields highlighted with an *. A letter/email of confirmation including the full terms and conditions will be sent to your mailing / e-mail address within 5 business days. The payment will be deducted on the next premium due date as per our notification.
