If you are dissatisfied in any way with our services or products, we would like to know about it. We want to get it right for you. Please contact us on 09 415 8500 or by email to complaints@gilrose.co.nz.

If your complaint is more serious, you can contact the Financial Dispute Resolution Service either online or by phone on 0508 337 337. They can help you to make your complaint to us as we want to have the opportunity to resolve it first. We have a formal complaints process and will try to reach a satisfactory resolution with you as soon as possible.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can then make a formal complaint to FDRS.
